Four (AmCon?) values

Friday, in the debriefing of the presentations on voluntary organizations and the small group collaboration as a micro-democratic society we identified some values which I wrote on the chalkboard.  I remember three of the four. 

We regard the following as goods to be desired:
1: intellectual courage
2: willingness to share our ideas
3: the ability to change our ideas
4: something else I don't remember, but hope that a student noted and can now supply.  Maybe this was something about trusting others????
